Sun Meadows is a friendly community of 118 homes situated in a quiet area off W. Sequim Bay Road, one mile east of downtown and one mile west of John Wayne Marina. The Homeowners' Association is run by an elected Board of Directors and Officers and has CCR's which are strictly enforced. We have an RV Park for residents to store their RV's, trailers, boats, etc. All Sun Meadows home owners and renters can register on this site to gain access to all of its content.
